Delete your MacroLedgr account

Effective 3 July 2026

You can permanently delete your MacroLedgr account and all associated personal data at any time.

Delete from within the app (fastest)

1. Open MacroLedgr. 2. Go to Settings. 3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account and all associated personal data are removed immediately.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app — for example, you have uninstalled it or cannot sign in — email us and we will delete your account and data for you:

Email: privacy@macroledgr.com.au

Please send your request from the email address linked to your MacroLedgr account so we can verify it. We will action verified requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove your personal data from our database, including:

- Your account and profile (name, email, sign-in details)

  • Your food diary and logged entries
  • Your weight history and goals
  • Your saved and favourite foods
  • Any activity snapshots stored from Apple Health or Google Health Connect

    This deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

    What is not affected

    - Your subscription. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Manage that in your Apple ID subscription settings (iOS) or Google Play subscription settings (Android).

  • Health data on your device. Data held in Apple Health or Google Health Connect stays there and is controlled by you.
  • Anonymous, aggregated records that no longer identify you may be retained.
